This document constitutes the complete user agreement between you and ph64. Please read all sections carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the ph64 platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to hold a ph64 account and place real-money wagers. PAGCOR regulations mandate this minimum age.
Each individual may hold only one active ph64 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
ph64 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are governed by Philippine law.
All bonuses, promotions, and free-credit offers issued by ph64 are subject to wagering requirements and game restrictions detailed in Section 9 of these Terms.

To be eligible to hold and operate a ph64 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph64 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
ph64 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, or email. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph64 support immediately.

ph64 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided ph64 has acted in good faith in processing transactions authenticated by your credentials.
ph64 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may change without prior notice.
ph64 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to domestic PHP deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits from third-party accounts — including payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, ph64 reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and initiate a return of the deposit amount pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
ph64 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal is suspended pending investigation, ph64 will notify the relevant Player within a reasonable timeframe.
All games available on the ph64 platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, with physical game apparatus managed by trained dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by ph64 beyond the published house edge and return-to-player (RTP) values.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or disconnection during a game round, ph64 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable wager to the Player's Wallet. Game results produced as a consequence of a malfunction do not constitute valid outcomes. ph64's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
Individual game sessions and specific titles may carry maximum single-session or single-payout caps. Where applicable, these limits are published in the individual game's information panel. Payouts exceeding these limits may be processed in instalments at ph64's discretion.
Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game type and table. Live Casino table limits are displayed in the lobby prior to joining. Slot minimum bets start from ₱1 per spin. Sports betting minimum wager is ₱10 per selection.
ph64 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the respective promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph64 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content available on the ph64 platform — including but not limited to the ph64 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of ph64 or its licensed game providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph64 content without prior written authorisation.
ph64 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
By registering a ph64 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph64 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
ph64 does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law, and with verified payment processors for the purpose of completing transactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph64 shall not be liable for:

ph64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach, ph64 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.
You may close your ph64 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be disbursed to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to KYC completion.
ph64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The governing language of these Terms is English; translations into Filipino or other languages are provided for reference only and shall not prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from use of the ph64 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Players who have exhausted the ph64 internal complaints process without satisfactory resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. ph64 fully cooperates with all PAGCOR regulatory inquiries and dispute resolution processes.
Complaints regarding game outcomes, account decisions, or payment disputes should be directed to ph64 customer support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat channel. ph64 aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt of all relevant information.
